Offer in the current pilot
The pilot is used to test source-based methods for business application situations. Products and examples marked as demos are synthetic. They do not demonstrate real expert partnership, tested professional experience or existing customer relationship.
The local preview shows suitable extracts from shared texts. It does not produce individual generative advice and is not the person of the expert. A source is a reference to origin and no guarantee for correctness, suitability or economic success.
Access and use permitted
An account must be used personally and protected against third-party access. Inputs and sources may only be provided if the necessary rights and permitted processing are in place. Rights of third parties and confidential information must be observed.
The current registration form binds the information you have confirmed to its complete content and then provides a personal account attachment and note receipt in your own account area for storage. If the information changes before sending, a confirmation is required. This technical document does not replace a legally complete confirmation of the contract, revocation notice or required delivery and does not release the public pilot offer, which is still blocked.
In particular, the avoidance of access barriers and limits of use, systematic extraction of foreign knowledge and the issuance of an assistant as the real human being are prohibited. The platform does not provide a license for general model training or for the remarketing of foreign source documents.
Prices and subscriptions
The displayed tariff levels are currently price and validation hypotheses or explicitly designated test prices. A test payment does not generate a real payment receipt or payment claim. Live payments are not released in this project stand.
For a later fee-based contract, contractual partners, scope of services, usage limits, total price including applicable taxes, billing interval, term, renewal, termination and payment time immediately before the order must be clearly stated.
Draft for the subsequent monthly offer: Access for the confirmed billing period; ordinary termination at the end of the current period. Without a separately confirmed price change no automatic increase. Legal termination and defect rights remain unaffected. This regulation is only used with a fully verified concrete offer.
Consumers, revocation and termination
The first target group is business users. Public registration is switchable on or off via the operational configuration and does not include B2B access control; hence, the target group description does not follow any actual consumer lock. A public free pilot with real accounts is not yet released by these legal drafts. Before its release, the concrete scope of service and use, the actual data purposes and the necessary consumer information are to be checked. Live payments and email dispatch are not released for this pilot scope.
In the case of a corresponding consumer distance selling contract, there is a withdrawal of fourteen days. The specific instruction, the sample form and a reachable recipient must be available before ordering. The immediate start or the first use of the assistant does not automatically cause the loss of the right of withdrawal; services and digital content must be examined separately.
The electronic revocation function according to § 356a BGB with receipt confirmation and the termination access according to § 312k BGB are different obligations. In the local profile the test entries are without an account via „contract revoke
Withdrawal, availability and refund
Sources may not be used for new answers if there are no rights or effective deactivation. If a paid contractual service is impossible or significantly restricted, access blocking, information and reimbursement of the service not provided must be processed in accordance with the specific contract and the legal rights.
A time-share refund of non-usable prepaid periods is provided for the subsequent contract, unless legal rights are extended. No unlimited availability is guaranteed. Reimbursement responsibility, deadlines and technical execution must be established before the start of paid use.
Responsibility and Disputes
Users examine the technical statements in the context of their decision. The pilot is not free for automated medical, legal, financial, personnel or other decisions with significant consequences.
Legal liability, mandatory consumer rights and rights in the case of defective digital products are not excluded by this draft. An individual limitation of liability, choice of law or jurisdiction clause is only included after examination of the concrete operator and offer.
