Parties and Content to be Released
The specific agreement designates the right holder and platform operator as well as the individual content with title, version, date and right receipt. A publicly accessible website, book ownership or uploaded document does not justify any user authorisation.
The expert declares that he has the rights required for the agreed purpose and identifies components of third parties with the corresponding rights and limits. Personal, data protection, copyright and confidentiality rights must be observed separately. A right declaration does not replace a platform check.
Begrenzter Nutzungsumfang
A simple, non-exclusive and limited right of use is envisaged. It includes secure storage, technical text processing, search indexing, retrieval of suitable extracts and display in the agreed expert product for eligible users.
Publication, language versions, product area, duration, customer group and the permissible scope of quoted extracts are recorded before the start of the project. Necessary processors will only receive the necessary access after documented examination. A complete source download for customers and an independent resale of the knowledge base are not included.
Kein allgemeines Modelltraining
The license does not allow training or fine tuning of general or foreign models with the sources, conversations or derived knowledge. Such use requires an additional express agreement and, if necessary, separate data protection principles. It is not bogged down by general terms of use.
The current pilot is a local lexical search vector and does not call an external model service. A later retrieval or model provider must meet the rights and data protection requirements before activation; consent to the source call does not automatically allow transmission to each provider.
Quality control and versions
Before publication, the expert checks the approved sources and typical answers; the platform checks the documented scope and performs a separate product release. For the user, synthetic demonstrations and genuine released content remain visible distinguishable.
Answers show sources and their version. Unproven questions are identified as a knowledge gap. An assistant is not issued as the real expert. The exact methodology, limits and responsibility for updates are recorded in the product.
Deactivation and erasure request
The expert can deactivate individual sources or the product. If the product is withdrawn effectively, no new use of these sources for answers is made; stored assistant responses are removed from the display or replaced. Withdrawal is documented and does not cancel legitimate customer claims.
Final deletion includes additional source texts, search index and delegateable derivatives. Backup copies are removed after the backup and deletion plan to be set before operation; a recovery must not re-enable withdrawn content. Storage for required evidence alone must be limited and separate from product use.
Compensation model as draft contract
The commercial hypothesis is 70 percent for the expert and 30 percent for the platform. The basis is the revenue remaining after gross refunds, from which the resulting VAT is deducted and the actual payment handling fees are deducted. The correct tax rate and the seller role are determined in the concrete business.
The division base is at least zero. The expert share is rounded to full cents; the rest of the division base is accounted for by the platform. Authorized AI consumption is carried exclusively from the platform share and is not deducted from the expert's share before the 70/30 division.
The platform bears no share in this sales if the payment fees are not refunded and the AI costs already incurred are borne by the platform. The expert is not automatically charged with a negative share or additional AI costs. Corrections to already invoiced shares require a transparent, separately agreed settlement.
Before real sales, settlement period, billing/crediting procedure, VAT on expert services, refunds, backloads, reserves, payment time and required onboarding must be agreed. In the local pilot and in Stripe test payments, no real proceeds or payment entitlements exist.
Ending and protecting customers
The new productive use ends after the license has been terminated. Automatic indefinite relicensing is not provided. Customer claims and refunds are processed for services that are no longer usable. As this is settled between the parties, the concrete signed agreement must be regulated.
The rights holder retains his rights to the content submitted. The template does not contain a comprehensive transfer of rights, a flat-rate exemption and an already stated agreement of a real expert.
